Shipping Policy

Delivery

We will ship to you wherever you are and will do our utmost best to you get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. However, given we work with external shipping partners we cannot influence the process.

Shipping options

Netherlands

Track & Trace: €4.50,-
​Signed & Tracked: €8.95,-

Orders over €100,- are delivered free of charge.   

​

Rest of Europe

All shipments to other European countries are handled by either DPD or DHL International and  the costs are €9.95,-. Orders over €150,- are delivered free of charge.   

​

Outside of Europe

For worldwide shipments, we use the services of DHL International and the costs are €14,95,-. 

 

Orders being delivered outside of the Netherlands may be subject to additional duties and taxes and customers are liable for the payment of these. If you are unaware of the situation for your own country it is always advisable to make checks of your own.

Return & Exchange Policy

Only for the Netherlands: We are happy to provide a refund for your jewelry in original condition within 8 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase (minus the delivery charge paid). Think*. 

​

We are unable to offer returns for the following:

- pierced earrings (for reasons of hygiene).
- any personalised jewelry, eg. engraved products
- jewelry broken by the customer as a result of poor wrapping attempts

Jewelry should be packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit and a note of your name and order number must be included along with your returned jewelry. We recommend you use an insured and tracked delivery service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

*Even though we want to provide you with the best possible service we also believe that we need to consciously care for our planet. Given that each return leaves a trail of emissions from the various trains, planes, and trucks that carry it back to us we encourage you to carefully think about your purchase upfront.
